  • Learn new skills: Our custom climbing days are perfect for anyone looking to build or refine skills. You'll have the chance to learn climbing techniques, rope management, knots and hitches, anchor building, learning to lead, self-rescue Whatever skills you'd like to develop. 

  • Experienced guidance: Our guides are passionate teachers who offer thorough guidance on essential techniques ensuring you feel confident and prepared 

Your Custom Day, Your Way 

Your custom day can be as challenging or relaxed as you like. If you want focus on endurance, multi-pitch or just getting a nice view, our guides will accommodate your interests. Each custom climbing day is designed to create lasting memories.

Group Size: Any

Ratios: 4:1 maximum and 2:1 for multi-pitch climbing

Typical Season: March to December - sometimes we can climb all winter

Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced

Booking Details

    • Your Guide: All of the Guides at Gunks Guides & Climbing School hold a certification from the American Mountain Guides Association and work in the terrain they are certified in.

    • All rock climbing gear (shoes, harness, helmet, belay device, chalk bag , etc.)

  • Our standard day starts as early as 9am and goes to as late as 4pm. Use any or all of the day as you like.

    We also have extended day options to either start early and or stay later.
