  • Learn new skills: Our custom climbing days are perfect for anyone looking to build or refine skills. You'll have the chance to learn climbing techniques, rope management, knots and hitches, anchor buiding, learning to lead, self rescue - Whatever skills you'd like to develop. 

  • Experienced guidance: Our guides are passionate teachers who offer thorough guidance on essential techniques ensuring you feel confident and prepared 

Your Custom Day, Your Way 

Your custom day can be as challenging or relaxed as you like. If you want focus on endurance, multi-pitch or just getting a nice view, our guides will accommodate your interests. Each custom climbing day is designed to create lasting memories.

    • Your Guide: All of the Guides at Gunks Guides & Climbing School hold a certification from the American Mountain Guides Association and work in the terrain they are certified in.

    • All ice climbing gear (mountaineering boots, crampons, ice tools, harness, helmet, belay device, etc.)

  • Our standard day starts as early as 9am and goes to as late as 4:30pm.

    We also have extended day options. Starting early to beat the crowds or for a longer day objective.
